History
Harper Dell & Associates Inc. is a family-run business. George Dell began the company after leaving his seat as the Vice President of Imperial Oil in the late 1970s. Greg Dell took up the mantle in 1984. Nick Dell re-branded the company to include his mother’s maiden name in the title (Harper) in 2015. Combined, there is over 40 years of experience in land development in the province of Ontario behind this name. Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Etobicoke, North York, Downtown Toronto, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara & Halton regions are our most comfortable municipalities to work within. Regardless of City, however, the Ontario Planning Act governs everywhere and has brought our services as far as Ottawa, Guelph, Barrie, Fergus, Simcoe & Nipissing Counties. We continue to forge great, transparent relationships with our clients by frequently introducing burgeoning visionaries to our network of developers in the real estate community.
